INQAWE: A COLLABORATIVE ALBUM BY SOLO NTSIZWA AND BUHLEBENDALO

Inqawe is a collaborative album by award-winning artists, Solo Ntsizwa and Buhlebendalo. This groundbreaking album merges hip-hop and African traditional music, creating a vibrant sound that bridges generations, celebrates identity, and redefines the rhythm of African storytelling. This album will be released and available on all digital streaming platforms on the 29th of October, 2025.

“Inqawe” - A traditional smoking pipe and culturally significant artefact, used by both men and women, during traditional rituals and ceremonies. It serves as a conduit between elders, discussing important concepts and topics that impact the community. This album highlights dialogue between Solo Ntsizwa and Buhlebendalo, as they pass Inqawe back and forth. The artists speak on African Spirituality, culture preservation and community. The musical performances are extensions of these conversations.

Solo Ntsizwa and Buhlebendalo will embark on an album tour launch, performing in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town. The duo will deliver the music in a tangible form for a memorable experience.
